Noel Fisher biography

Noel Fisher (born March 13, 1984) is a Canadian actor.
He appeared on the television show X-Men: Evolution and starred in the Disney film Max Keeble's Big Move as the school bully Troy McGinty. His past television roles include playing Patricia Arquette's son in the Medium episode Sweet Child o' Mine and is a regular on the Vancouver based show "Godiva's", as TJ. He was also featured in the FX show The Riches, as Cael Malloy. He played Teddy Parker, a soldier who was killed while serving with FBI Agent Seely Booth (David Boreanaz) in the military, on the TV series Bones. Most recently he played CSU Technician Dale Stuckey in the tenth season of Law & Order: Special Victims Unit. He has starred with Hilary Duff twice: the 2009 Law & Order: Special Victims Unit episode "Selfish", and also the film Agent Cody Banks. He starred in the miniseries The Pacific as he played private Hamm in the battle of Okinawa, and also portrayed USMC Private First Class Shaun Lenihan in the 2011 film Battle: Los Angeles.
He currently portrays Mickey Milkovich on the series Shameless on Showtime.

Noot Seear biography

Noot Seear (born Renata Seear; October 5, 1983) is a Canadian fashion model and actress.

Life and career

Seear was born in Vancouver, British Columbia of Swedish, English,Dutch and Danish descent.[citation needed] She has appeared in advertising campaigns for brands such as Chanel, Giorgio Armani, Kenzo, Pantene Pro-V, Ralph Lauren Polo Jeans, Kenneth Cole, Neiman Marcus, Alberta Ferretti, Rolex and Yves Saint Laurent, where she was memorably styled as the Mona Lisa by Leonardo da Vinci for the Rive Gauche ad campaign in 1998. Notably, she has been the face of two frangrances: Calvin Klein ck one and Vera Wang by Vera Wang.
Seear has graced the cover of Elle Germany, Amica (Italy), D (Italy) and Vogue Nippon and has been photographed by Patrick Demarchelier, Mario Sorrenti and Paolo Roversi.
She was discovered in a shopping mall by a scout from the Look agency in Vancouver when she was 14 years old. She then began modelling in her home town in 1996. In 1997, she moved to New York City in order to further her career and gain more exposure. Seear's catwalk debut came in September 1998 at New York Fashion Week, where she walked for Calvin Klein, Daryl K and Ralph Lauren.
During her career, she has walked the runway for designers such as Balenciaga, Lanvin, Karl Lagerfeld, Alexander Wang, Proenza Schouler, Ralph Lauren, Diane von Furstenberg, Givenchy, Chanel and Alexander McQueen.
Seear has also pursued a career as an actress, and played the role of Heidi in the sequel to the movie Twilight, New Moon.
Seear is very involved with Rose Charities New York and is currently on the Board of Directors for the Charity.

Lisa Howard biography

Lisa Howard (born November 24, 1963 in London, Ontario, Canada) is a Canadian television actress. She is most notable for her role as Lili Marquette in the series Earth: Final Conflict and her role as Anne Lindsey in Highlander: The Series. She also made appearances in numerous series such as Perry Mason, Days of our Lives, Wings, Forever Knight, Loving Friends and Perfect Couples, RoboCop: The Series, Cybill, The Pretender and Suddenly Susan. She played April Ramirez Days Of Our Lives from 1988 to 1991, and from September 1995 to February 1996.
Howard is married to Producer and Writer Daniel Cerone and has two children, Sofia (nicknamed 'Lulu') and Jasper.

Lee Pace biography

Lee Grinner Pace (born March 25, 1979) is an American actor. Pace has been featured in film, stage and television. He is known best for his starring role as Ned in the ABC series Pushing Daisies for which he was nominated for a Golden Globe award and an Emmy Award for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Comedy Series in 2008.

Early life and education

Pace was born in Chickasha, Oklahoma, the son of Charlotte (née Kloeckler) and James Roy Pace. As a child, Pace spent several years in Saudi Arabia, where his father was in the oil business; the family later moved to Houston, Texas. Pace attended Klein High School in the suburb of Spring in Houston, Texas, with fellow actor Matthew Bomer. Pace temporarily quit high school to act at Houston's Alley Theatre before returning to graduate. At the Alley, he appeared in productions of The Spider's Web and The Greeks.
In 1997, Pace was accepted by the Juilliard School's Drama Division as a member of Group 30 (1997–2001), which also included actors Anthony Mackie and Tracie Thoms. While there, he acted in several plays, including Romeo and Juliet as Romeo, Richard III in the title role, and Julius Caesar as Cassius. He graduated from Juilliard with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree.

Career

Theater

After graduation, Pace starred in several off-Broadway plays, including The Credeaux Canvas and The Fourth Sister. He also starred in a production of Craig Lucas's Small Tragedy, for which he was nominated for a Lucille Lortel Award as Outstanding Actor. In 2006, Pace starred in the two-character play Guardians by Peter Morris, which earned Pace his second nomination for a Lortel Award as Outstanding Actor.
19th April 2011 marked Pace's Broadway debut, when The Normal Heart began its previews; it opened 27th April at the Golden Theatre. The show ran for a total of 96 performances, with its closing night on 10th July 2011. Pace played the character Bruce Niles in the show.

Film

Pace first gained recognition for his role in the 2003 film Soldier's Girl, based on fact, in which he played the central role of Calpernia Addams, a transgender woman dating Army soldier Barry Winchell, played by Troy Garity. Winchell was murdered because of his sexuality and relationship with Addams.
Of the role, Pace said:
"Not even my excellent training at Juilliard prepared me for my first movie role, where I played a transsexual who falls in love with a military guy in Soldier's Girl. Here I was, this 6'3" 190-pound lanky kid from Chickasha, Oklahoma, not knowing how to begin being a woman. So I saw documentaries about transsexuals, I lost twenty-five pounds, and I put on prosthetic boobs and hips to become that character. There were times I'd look in the mirror and wonder 'what am I doing to my life here? My dad is going to kill me!' But the reason I went into acting was to be able to play parts as complicated and important as this one. In playing a transsexual, I got the chance to help change people's perspective about other people and that is a powerful thing. I'm playing a swashbuckling bandit in my next film, but I'll always be proud of Soldier's Girl."
Pace won a Gotham Award for Breakthrough Actor and was nominated for several other awards, including a Golden Globe, for his work in this film.
He starred in the film Miss Pettigrew Lives for a Day and in Tarsem Singh's The Fall, both released in 2008. The Fall was very well received amongst critics and viewers alike and where Lee starred in one of his most artistic roles. His next film was the movie Possession with Sarah Michelle Gellar.
Pace also played supporting roles in The White Countess, Infamous, When in Rome and The Good Shepherd.
He has recently been cast as Garrett in The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn. On April 30th 2011, it was announced that Pace would play the role of the Elven king Thranduil in Peter Jackson's upcoming two-part adaptation of J.R.R. Tolkien's "The Hobbit", due for release in December 2012 and 2013 and currently in production in New Zealand.

Television

Pace played Aaron Tyler in the acclaimed but short-lived 2004 television series Wonderfalls, which was co-created by Bryan Fuller. Later, Fuller cast Pace in the lead role of Ned in the series Pushing Daisies, which debuted on ABC in October 2007 and returned for its second, and final season, on October 1, 2008.
Pace has also appeared on Law & Order: Special Victims Unit in season 3, episode 18 'Guilt'.
Pace was recently cast in the new HBO pilot The Miraculous Year.

Kirsten Prout biography

Kirsten Prout (born September 28, 1990) is a Canadian actress born in Vancouver, British Columbia. She starred in ABC Family's drama Kyle XY as Amanda Bloom. She is also known for playing Charlotte "Char" Chamberlin on ABC Family's teen drama The Lying Game.

Early life

After completing high school, Prout attended McGill University for one year, where she majored in English literature. The following summer she booked two new acting projects, and so decided to drop out of the university. Prout has a younger sister named Jennifer.

Career

Prout started acting at the age of 10. She has said that the decision to go into acting was in response to a "horrible teacher in grade 2" who stifled her and made her withdraw; in response Prout's mother asked 'what can I do to make you happy again?'. The answer was acting and starting Tae Kwon Do lessons.
Prout made her feature film debut as Abby Miller in the 2005 movie Elektra, which was a commercial as well as critical failure. She has also had guest appearances on television shows such as Stargate SG-1, Cold Squad, The Dead Zone. In 2010, Prout portrayed the vampire Lucy in The Twilight Saga: Eclipse.
In 2010, Prout starred as Miranda in Seven Deadly Sins, a two-part miniseries which premiered on Lifetime on May 23. She is also set to be cast in an unnamed short film filmed in Hawaii.[citation needed]
Also in 2010, Kirsten got one of the main roles in My Super Psycho Sweet 16: Part 2 as Alex Bell, Skye's little sister that she did not know about.
In 2012 she reprised her role Alex Bell in My Super Psycho Sweet 16: Part 3, the third and final installment of the franchise.

Judi Shekoni biography

Judith "Judi" Shekoni (born in Gorton, Manchester, England) is a British actress, model and television presenter who is based in Hollywood. She has two sisters and brothers.

Career

Shekoni began her career on LIVE TV as an agony aunt.
From 11 June to 19 July 2002, she played the role of gangster's wife Marjorie "Precious" Hudson (née Hulton) in the BBC1 soap EastEnders. Shekoni has also had bit parts in films including Garfield 2 as a tour guide, The Strange Case of Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde as Renee, and Ali G Indahouse as a Jacuzzi girl. Shekoni has also made guest appearances in Casualty, Fat Friends and The King of Queens.
In 2005, she appeared in the ITV reality TV show, Celebrity Love Island alongside Calum Best, Paul Danan, Abi Titmuss and Nikki Ziering. She was the first celebrity to be voted off the show by the public. "For the short period I was there I got on with everybody and didn't have any negative experiences. But when I watch it now I just think, oh God, I had a lucky escape that I didn't end up crying in front of the cameras, or getting rejected by any of the guys, or involved in any of the arguments. I know my family are just pleased that I got out and didn't do anything to ruin my integrity and morals and didn't do anything embarrassing in there. I knew almost instantly that I didn't fancy any of them, and I think that's why I got voted out. That's fair enough because it is supposed to be the love island and I obviously hadn't found love. I'm still looking, though, and I've been out searching ever since."
Shekoni currently lives in Los Angeles where she has appeared on US television shows such as NCIS, All of Us and Damages. She was the host of Fox reality show When Women Rule the World (2008) although the show was never broadcast in America. She played Zafrina in the The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 2.

Joe Anderson biography

Joe Anderson (born 26 March 1982) is an English film actor who played in Across the Universe, Becoming Jane, Control, The Ruins and The Crazies.

Personal life

He attended Richmond upon Thames College and later the Webber Douglas Academy of Dramatic Art in London. Both his parents are theater actors, who also work in television and films. Anderson himself, has acted professionally since childhood. His skills include photography, guitar and gymnastics. His father is actor Miles Anderson; his mother is talent agent Lesley Duff. He was diagnosed with dyslexia and attributes his move into acting to this.[1]

Career

Anderson has worked in film, television and on stage at the Chichester Festival Theatre. Earlier in his career, he appeared in Copying Beethoven, playing Ludwig van Beethoven's nephew Karl. He then starred as Max Carrigan, a young American man, drafted into the Vietnam War in Across the Universe. After that, he appeared in period film Becoming Jane as Henry Austen, Jane Austen's older brother, then as bassist Peter Hook of the band Joy Division in Anton Corbijn's 2007 movie Control. In 2008, he played Elliot in The 27 Club and a German tourist in The Ruins. In 2009, he starred in High Life as Donnie and in Love Happens as the musician boyfriend of Jennifer Aniston's character. He was also seen in Amelia, the biopic of Amelia Earhart, and in Rogue's Gallery as the main character "Fool". He appeared in 2010's The Crazies, a remake of the 1973 horror film of the same name.
He and his cast mates from Control were featured in The Killers' music video for their version of the Joy division song "Shadowplay".
In an interview with Pure Movies, he said that talking about himself made him "uncomfortable" and feel "self indulgent" and that he really struggled with it.Anderson has recently been selected to play Alistair in the upcoming The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 2.
He is currently starring as Lincoln Cole in the television series The River.

Awards

Anderson received the Rising Star Award at the California Independent Film Festival in 2008. He was named Best Actor Drama at Fort Lauderdale International Film Festival 2008 for his performance in The 27 Club.

Musical performances

Anderson appeared in several music related films in which he also performed musical pieces.
In Across the Universe, he sang covers of Beatles songs. The numbers he performed solo or with other cast members included "Hey Jude", "Happiness Is a Warm Gun", "With a Little Help from My Friends", "Strawberry Fields Forever". "Dear Prudence", "Because" and "I Want You (She's So Heavy)". All of these recordings were released on the corresponding soundtrack album.
In Control, as bassist Peter Hook of the group Joy Division, he and his cast mates performed "Transmission", "Leaders of Men" and "Candidate" among others. These three performances were shown in their entirety in the special features under the extended performance scenes section of the DVD. "Transmission" was the only recording by the cast released on the soundtrack album.
In The 27 Club, Anderson played the bassist of a successful music duo called Finn. He and cast/band mate James Forgey penned the theme song for the film .A studio version and an acoustic version of the song were made available on the film’s official website.
